eggs sardou

You might think that waiting in line for 68 minutes behind 22 other people for brunch is ridiculous.  I would have agreed with you until I tried Screen Door's Eggs Sardou.  It's amazing.  It's two poached eggs on top of artichoke hearts and cooked spinach and an English muffin all covered in hollandaise sauce.  Originally, I agreed to this place because I've never been here before and I wanted to get my new thing out of the way early.  When I found out there was a long wait, I agreed to stay because I wasn't starving and I wanted to check this place off my list.  However, the food was worth the wait and may be worth a return visit.  However, I'll try to get here earlier next time.
