Since I went vegetarian, there are some home-cooked meals that I really miss. Surprisingly, one of them is tater tot casserole. Today, my mom and sister made a taste of home today as they made me a little casserole dish of vegetarian tater tot casserole with veggie crumbles. Having that and spending a day in my pajamas was great comfort.
What else?
I was a handyman today. My brother doesn't arrive tomorrow and my dad is on the injured list (arm surgery) so I had to set up the electronics that my parents received yesterday. I set up my dad's DVD player, my mom's laptop, my parents' clock/thermometer and my niece's Dora watch. Still, I managed to do it all in my pjs.
