It hasn't rained at the Oregon Country Fair for nine years. Clearly, nobody was prepared for it. While it sucks, it made for an interesting environment. I still got to see some shows and it was pretty entertaining to see the people deal with the mud.
I for one stayed in the Village most of the morning and early afternoon as we tried to keep everything, including me, dry. Fortunately, I was prepared and had a rain jacket with me. I feel real bad for the vendors and the people who decided to wait until Sunday to come down to Fair but at least it happened on Sunday and not Friday.
