Today, I went to a showing of 'Battle in Seattle' at the Red and Black cafe. It was great because a few people that were at the packed showing were in Seattle and could say what parts of the movie were right and which parts were wrong and what was left out. I got to meet several new people as well.It's nice to be able to get a taste of local recent history from people that were actually there and not just from some major movie release. However, I did like the movie. It was overly dramatic at parts and the love story was crap but it came across with a good message and Jennifer Carpenter from Dexter was in it!
