my new favorite movie

I absolutely LOVED Rise of the Planet of the Apes! As an animal rights activist and a misanthrope, this should come as no surprise. However, the remake of the original with Mark Walhberg and my love Helena Bonham Carter sucked so bad, I was hesitant walking into this one. I found myself actually cheering during the movie this time!  Go apes!!!

What else?
My new thing was trying the raw butternut squash ravioli at Kitchen Dances. It was okay but I think I'll stick to their Reuben or quesadilla.
